Contributed to Workday implementations and enhancements, supported interface maintenance, and ensured data integrity. Produced high-quality monthly, controlling, and ad-hoc HR reports for 50+ stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.

Led the Key HR Users group and acted as the main point of contact for global HR tools in Turkey, administering SAP SuccessFactors for 3,000+ users. Managed access, workflows, and system enhancements while improving HR data quality by 41 points. Delivered organizational data design and stability for 2,000+ employees and supported M&A data integration for 1,000+ staff across two clusters. Oversaw quarterly reporting, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses across C&B, headcount, mobility, and diversity metrics.

Administered and maintained HR systems while ensuring data quality and compliance with governance and audit standards. Designed and maintained dashboards and KPI reports, delivering insights on turnover, absenteeism, and other key metrics. Coordinated core HR processes such as salary reviews, bonuses, and promotions, and managed engagement and 360° surveys to support organizational improvement. Collaborated with IT and data teams on system and integration projects to align HR tech with business needs.
