• Providing end user support for HR Community as second line support for HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance modules • Responsible for creation and maintenance of HR Monthly Reporting, Controlling & Ad-hoc reporting • Ensure high quality data and insights to HR users, support IT regarding the maintenance of interfaces to other systems • Participating in HR system implementation or improvement projects as support

Responsible of change management & access management, SPOC of HRIS projects, development of HR user experience, managing HR reporting processes and ensuring data quality in order to boost efficiency in parallel to our ways of working on local, global and confidential projects.

• Administration of HR Database and Information Systems • Producing monthly reports for higher management • Pre and Post Analysis for surveys such as Employee Engagement and Internal Customer Satisfaction • Ad hoc querying and generate customized reports for both HR units and other business units • Design and develop HR dashboards and organizational reports for internal users on intranet & mobile platforms

• Produce quantitative reports to organizations having head count up to 80000+, about Employee Engagement, Performance and Organizational Culture via surveys • Customize the reports for various audiences at different levels of complexity, different languages as well • Extract, clean and transform raw survey data, map & consolidate with people data to create customer database • Design queries, manipulate and run programs, generate statistical analysis results, add & update benchmark scores

• Assisted to diagnose and develop solutions for user based problems during new product integration • On-site support

• Helped to install, patch and test network equipment in new data center during Relocation Project of Istanbul Office • Actively involved in design and test stages of integration of Enterprise Reservation System (ERS) • Administered ERS and trained various group of users
