Delivered 4 IT Projects ranging from $80M to $5M. I acted as a consultant for Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, Prinova Communications and Lloyds Bank. Engaged third party vendors on a daily basis saving millions of dollars with process improvemenst. Streamlined communication methods as well as updating project documentation in order for audit. All projects were delivered on time within scope and on budget.

Eight month contract delivering $20M Clarity project nationwide. Tought PMO processes and procedures to senior IT Managers. Responsible for maintaining risks and issues log. Created a new 5 workstream project plan allowing senior management to understand the critical path and GO LIVE dates. Responsible for writing status reports and conducting internal and external audit. Self employed

Delivered two back to back contracts. First project Delivered was a $800M dollar IT system upgrade from NT to XP. Second contract was delivering 4 smaller IT Security Projects. Both contracts I was responsible for risk and issue management, project timelines, minutes, critical path analysis and project lifecycle. Self employed.
