Functionally lead recruiters across EMEA- Work with HR and Executives on a positive working culture to improve functional and individual engagement- Support workforce planning to be able to anticipate hiring needs- End-to-end responsibility for recruitment in DACH- Support the delivery of business objectives and drive a performance culture- Work with line managers to develop their capability to take best hiring decisions and consult on processes- Drive Diversity- SPOC for recruitment projects
