Working in a startup gave me numerous responsibilities and led me to acquire new skills at a rapid pace. I was responsible for winning over customers and meeting ambitious sales goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals.

My experience at the Special forces training center (AZSK) in Isone taught me the power of one's dedication. Various hardships and constant pain showed me how far you can get solely with your will. Furthermore, I have been instructed in the protection of our population and our country while being formed as a command echelon soldier. Subsequently, I am one of three who have been chosen to work with the higher commanding officers of the special forces command (KSK).

PCC is a further developed version of the HR department. As my company has 16 offices all around the world, I have to be globally connected. This majorly enhances the depth of the work I do. While helping out with documentations, I also take part in coaching. For example, learning about OKRs and SCRUM and helping the company to implement these techniques in the company to further enhance the connectivity and engagement through all offices and countries.

Introduction into the world of insurances with a focus on the financial part. My first working experience in the headquarter for Asia and Pacific. Not only did I learn about the insurance itself but also about analysis, risk assessments and global awareness to guarantee the best service to Zurich’s clients.
