In my role as Inside Sales Associate in the real estate industry in London, I was the first point of contact for small, medium-sized businesses and large enterprise companies based in Germany, South Africa and Poland. I qualified a high volume of warm leads to further the sales process via Salesforce.com. I was part of a save and renewals team. I offered discounts and negotiated new contracts with existing customers in the EMEA region.

In my role as Senior Student Services Advisor at AIFS I worked with 40 bespoke programmes per year, supporting over 1000 students. I was part of a team to deliver an excellent student experience to visiting American students, including a cultural programme, adjunct courses, counselling/advice and housing services.
