In order to harmonize production processes between three countries it was necessary 1st to analyse the actual way of working in all sites. Having finished that, I started to compare the processes and made a Gap-Analyses and a complete documentation of the differences, problems and, risks. Then in weekly Video Conferences with all sites I started to define the necassary points and the points that are changeable. After doing so I started to define the new "To-Be-Process" and implemented it finally.
