While at Red Ventures, I wore many hats. I rose from a sales agent, to a Manager to a Senior Manager to a Sales Director within 2 1/2 years. I prospered in the Sales Director Role for 7 years until I decided to move my family to Germany. During my time as Sales Director, I was responsible for Developing and Growing Start Up businesses to running teams as large as 450 Sales Reps, Managers, Trainers, and Recruiters. I also was selected to be Site Director of a Brand New Sales Center holding 900 Employees.
