Level 2 support for CLARiiON storage and Celerra Network Fileservers, performance analysis, root-cause-analysis, remote troubleshooting

Installation and upgrading of the major EMC Hardware products, including Symmetrix, CLARiiON, Celerra, EMC Disk Library, Centera and Connectrix series. Also corrective maintenance of all those products. Level 2 Support for CLARiiON arrays.

Breakfix/maintenance of all EMC Hardware products, including Symmetrix, CLARiiON and Connectrix (Cisco, Brocade Enterprise Directors) series. Also installation and administration of EMC Avamar Backup environments
