•Head office relocation & repair – Managed relocation including all macro/micro managing with regards to financial, legal, administration and maintenance project managing a budget of £1,000,000 •Implementation of Online Enrolment database – Project Managed the entire project of updating the current customer database, including streamline current enrolment processes this led to a 7% increase in customer base. •Implementation of Credit Union - Organised and oversaw the founding of a credit union

•App development - Responsible for the successful implementation of a payslip tool application for iOS and android phones, managing the project from start to finish •Friends of Auto Enrolment project Manager – Managed the implementation and overall project regarding automatic enrolment of pensions. •Database construction - Oversaw the project which involved collating data from various countries regarding pay and payroll. Under my guidance the library grew from 4 countries to over 50 in 2 months.

This position required organisation and moderation of video conferences for a diverse range of high profile clients, utilising cloud based systems and bridging software. This involved providing helpdesk support to ensure punctual conference launching, whilst maintaining communication with the customer to troubleshoot any issues that arise with I.P. and ISDN based networking.

The role Involved upselling electrical goods to customers in addition to peripherals. Work hard ethic resulted in achieving 100% of sales targets in the results driven role. This position included offering technical advice and helping consumers choose the product that was right for them in order to build a lasting customer relationship.

Undertaking of budget management for the department, whilst managing 16 staff and developing action plans for employee development to enhance productivity, including appraisal meetings for staff. The role required participation in the organisation and supervision of open day events,organisation of materials and staff to ensure smooth running of the event. The nature of open days lends itself to unforeseeable issues, requiring regularly action changes to ensure that schedules were not disrupted

The role required upselling software to customers which required a good understanding of the gaming industry and marketplace to ensure that the appropriate recommendations were made to customers. This was particularly relevant for PC games, where a detailed knowledge of the specifications required to run the software was essential.
