Well to put it simply, we are a recruitment company who source and place professionals in the IT and Games and Interactive (including gaming, VR/AR and Mixed Reality) sectors through our two divisions ‘Skillsearch Technology’ and ‘Skillsearch Games and Interactive’. In reality, we are a series of specialist Consultants, experts in our markets, who are on a mission to provide top companies with top talent in niche sectors.

The role involved implementing and effectively spearheading the company's expansion into the German market. Duties include website content translation, marketing strategy, planning, SEO, social media, customer service, sales, buying and more.

Assisting co-workers with Product Delivery and aftersales. Ensuring all clients requirements are met pre and post departure. Responsible for delivering excellent Customer service, via the timely and proactive administration of tailor made or defined package bookings. Customer liaison to ensure that all Equity school groups have a ‘best in class’ experience which will ensure that they rebook all future tours within Inspiring Learning.

My day to day duties involved juggling big and small clients for their bespoke transfers. This was a partly based commission role, which has enabled me to further my sales techniques, and ability to strike rapport with clients. This role also involved handling Business clients on a daily basis
