As Senior Consultant within People4Office I was responsible to manage some key-clients and their needs in temporary and permanent staffing.

I was responsible for the Business Unit Topstaff which was part of the MRI holding. Started the business from scratch and built it into a profitable company together with the VP of the MRI holding.

OTYS develops software for recruitment agencies, search and selection, staffing agencies, jobboards and corporate recruiters. The OTYS solution helps them to find and attract candidates, post jobs, match and communicate and measure conversion of candidates to jobs. OTYS has over 550 customers in The Netherlands, France, Unites States, United Kingdom, Belgium and other countries worldwide. In my role I was part of the salesforce.
