Leading the Project Management Office of Századvég supporting annually 300+ management consulting and research projects with a value exceeding EUR 20 million carried out by 75+ professional staff. Support provided to the eight business unit heads includes business development, project planning, client and stakeholder relationship, risk management, quality assurance and project closure. Among further responsibilities are facilitating the Group’s international business development.

Broad experience in management consulting, working together with the central government and background institutions; municipalities; and private companies and industrial associations. Managing national and international projects with up to 20 staff. Participated in projects and workshops in Croatia, Belgium, Lithuania, Spain, Iceland and Luxembourg; managing an active personal network in 15+ countries. Dedicated counselor of subordinate colleagues, with up to 5 counselees at the same time.

Broad experience in management consulting through a large variety of projects, principally in the public sector, EU Structural Funds (2007-13, 2014-20), and the postal and telecommunication sectors. Major projects focused on strategy development and evaluation (incl. macroeconomic and market analysis), regulatory assessment and institutional design. Experience includes project lead, client relationship management, international environment and recruitment.

Hungarian Business Daily. Worked for the online newspage. Tasks included foreign media watch, writing and correcting articles, editing web content, writing a blog. (Axel Springer Group.)

The company shared a common webpage with the Hungarian Business Radio (Gazdasagi Radio), was responsible for editing the news contect. The location of the job was at the radio's studio, thus got insight into the everyday life of the radio too.

Pester Lloyd is the German speaking weekly newspaper of Hungary. Contributed analyses and reports regularly to the economic section. Attended press conferences and various press events.
