• Implemented BI use cases to advance reporting possibilities of complex business scenarios with state‐of‐the‐art technology (QlikView); • Created market analyses and funnel reports to increase market coverage and conversion; • Vice chairman of the market intelligence focus group at the non‐profit trade association ‘COCIR’ to collect, enhance, distribute and interpret external market data; • Development of new Management Target Agreement tool and customer account reporting

• Tested and established a new update instruction (UI) tool across all business units as key user in the UI process; • Ensured continuous protection of medical equipment as project manager for virus protection updates; • Developed and implemented end of support strategy for MRI workstations and image processing devices; • Analyzed and maintained the installed base to increase data quality and to reduce update times for higher customer satisfaction

• Established a financial and operational reporting for the monthly management calls of the Siemens Healthcare IT business; • Reviewed and enhanced collaterals for in‐ and outbound marketing

• Implemented time synchronization via Network Time Protocol (NTP) to allow synchronous image recording at biplanar angiography systems; • Supported research in network architecture group for angiography systems
