Co-planning and implementing a new web platform to improve Pengon's BI production processes and customer insight through the Service concept renewal process. My main task was to document the Qlik applications my colleagues had developed for Pengon's client companies.

Development and maintenance of Business Intelligence reporting by means of QlikView. Co-development of data warehouse. Data analyses. User management - granting QlikView licences and distributing documents to end users. Planning and organizing of QlikView trainings for end users. Irrespective of my position as university trainee I was given significant responsibilities in the development of reporting of the Authority.
