Maxxf is an functional muscle workout without any equipment. Your own bodyweight is used to activate/stress all important muscle groups of your body in different exercises by a total training period of 30 to 45 minutes. As a person with passion for sport I enjoyed elaborating different training plans for the students and motivating them to do sports and stay fit. I usually exercised with 20 or more people.
