- Advise customers on best fit (functionality and utilisation) on Flexera - Responsible across all delivery functions for Flexera (Plan, Build, Run, Maintain) - Implementation of SAM assessments and assistance for Effective License Positions - Involved in pre-sales activities, such as marketing ( flyers, sales deck, presentations) or composing responses to SOW/Tenders directly to customers - Deploy and customize project management software(Jira) - Active participation in developing the SAM Service

- License Management; - Incident Management (Help-Desk); - Software administration, support, trainings: ERP, Office, Charisma, Nicelabel, Softscale, WAK, STAS; - Solutions administration: Firewall, Antivirus, Exchange, OWA, company phones, Backup & Recovery; - Server management (AD Server, File Server, ERP Server, VMWare); - Hardware equipment administration: inventory/ labelling / installations / upgrades / support / maintenance (PC's, laptops, printers, monitors, etc.)

-maintenance of computers and printers; -hardware and software support; -training provider for users; For 6 months been active member for a Project with external financing with the following responsabilities and activities: -fulfilling the duties of project management as checking project costs, analysis and control of the program, procurements, and other necessary activities for proper implementation of project; -drawing up and submitting the EBRD reports and statements required under contracts.
