As part of the E.ON-innogy integration: - Lead a program module on the ingration of customer service business units (e.g. setting up interim operating model, designing the new organization, harmonizing processes, driving cross-company collaboration, ensuring synergies, managing change and communication) - Lead to twotask forces from conception to implementation - Coordinate program module on co-determination and works council negotiations - Lead multiple consultants across these modules

Unterstützung bei den Einkaufstätigkeiten und selbstständige Betreuung des Lieferanten-Risikomanagements der Abteilung.
