• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics. • Monitor and improve inventory control, stock accuracy, and order fulfilment. • Work with German Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Pulpo WMS, and Plenty markets to streamline inventory controlling and optimization. • Coordinate with logistics and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries. • Implement lean warehouse strategies to optimize storage and reduce waste.

• Working on business-As-Usual activities including Approval Hierarchy changes, PO approval issues, Invoice and Payment accounting issues, ASN issues, GR issues. • Providing solutions on PO Accrual and charge account issues and buyer access issues. • Enhancement and Datafix activities coordinating with technical team using the Product Backlog Item (PBI)s. • Working on interfaces issues of Invoices interfaced from other systems. • Ticket based issue resolution using the ticketing tool Service Now.
