Senior project manager of a Private Equity investor in Latin America power sector, responsible to head the project implementation activities, project development, contractual management of owner’s engineer, EPC contractors and lead the site personnel to develop and implement a portfolio of Hydro Power Plants, Wind Farms, Biomass and Thermal Power Plants across Latin America.

Initially as a Planning Manager and further promoted to EPC Civil Coordinator, I had the following responsibilities during the implementation phase of the Hydropower Plant La Vueltosa HPP (770 MW): - General management on a rotational basis of the EPC civil works - Support Alstom in the client’s interface - Production and cost management - Planning of the civil works using lean construction techniques; - Weekly and monthly reports to clients’ board

Project Manager of the São Paulo Subway Construction Project, Line 4 - Yellow, with 12,8km, working in a consortium with the biggest Brazilian contractors (OAS, Queiroz Galvão, Odebrecht and Andrade Gutierrez). I was responsible for the construction and contract management of Vila Sonia Open Trench, Morumbi Station and also the tunnel construction (NATM) between those sites.

I started as a Business Development Engineer at São Paulo Regional Office, developing infrastructure projects that used cement based solutions together with the investors’ technical and commercial team. Our focus was the road (pavement) and power sectors and the cement solutions promoted were mainly concrete pavement for high-traffic highways and roller-compacted concrete for hydropower plant and irrigation dams. Later I was promoted to the company’s PMO to support its implementation.

I started my career as a Field Engineer, managing and controlling the civil construction activities in hydroelectric power plant EPC implementation. Later on, I was promoted to Production Manager and finally I was promoted to Site Manager, being responsible for all HPP project's activities. I executed the following projects: • HPP Itiquira (156 MW) • HPP Passo do Meio (30 MW) • HPP Espora (32 MW) • Several other HPPs in Brazil – Planning and commercial proposal activities.
