Define and implement a training & development strategy, according to the strategic objectives and in collaboration with HR Director. Design & deploy development initiatives at individual, team & organizational level. Manage all training requests and organize L&D programs. Contribute to the implementation, management and administration of existing HR projects (induction of new hires, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, , …).
