As an Asset Management Intern I have had the pleasure to be involved with various projects and initiatives supporting top management and the core business: - Assisting the Head of Renting in restructuring of internal processes and other operative tasks - Compilation of a “Renting-Playbook” as process documentation implemented as the base for Renting-Teams operating throughout Germany - Creation and analysis of several reports to derive operative and strategic measures

During my time at RWE Renewables I have gained experience in process optimization assisted in strategic developments: - Collected and analyzed data about employee recruiting and retention in Excel and presented analyses in PowerPoint - Optimized and developed HR standardization processes across European branch offices according to the Scrum workflow - Gained insights into comprehensive corporate restructuring processes during RWE’s organizational transition from fossil to renewable energies

At WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree providing a comprehensive training with a focus on the fields of Finance, Management and Economics.

With a final grade of 1.0 (scale 1-6, 1 being best) and as one of the best students of my year, I received certifications by the "Niedersächsische Altphilologenverband (NAV)" and the "Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft (DPG)" for outstanding results in my Latin and Physics finals.
