RiskStormingOnline.com is an online collaboration tool on quality and how to achieve it. I wear many different hats, the most prominent of them being Product Owner. This project tries to make RiskStorming, a workshop on quality and risks, virtual and successful. I'm fully responsible for the budget, hiring, marketing, sales and the direction the endeavour takes.

Together with like-minded people who value communication and transparency above all else, we wish to grow a company that enables people to be themselves. Experts to the outside, a fellowship on the inside. Each member has the freedom to pursue their own merit, whatever that looks like, while also bearing a responsibility to the continuation and growth of the company. With full transparency, we aim to facilitate communication between members to find a balance that makes sense for themselves.

Leading Teams Forward I support a team of remote workers to improve the workings of a big software monolith by replacing blocks of functionality using strangler patterns. Together, we're taking apart a huge problematic piece of software and split it up in workable, small atoms. Next to that, we're also spear-pointing the virtualisation efforts, first rolling out Windows Docker containers as Test Environments and eventually in Production.

• Coaching & training of new Testers • Advising Test Teams towards improving their work • Advocating the Testing Craft to non-testers and new testers • Speaking & giving workshops at multiple international conferences

Tasks performed include, but are not limited to: • Planning, quality tracking and reporting. • Guide UAT testing (10+ clients). • SPOC and coordination of the second release of KBI Project. • Help guiding a team of 15+ people to adopt agile and SCRUM in their process. • Advising Product Owners, Scrum team members, Analysts,... in teamwork and communication.

Tasks performed include, but are not limited to: • Design of Test Scenarios (Test Cases and Test Data) • Test execution bug tracking, monitoring and reporting in Microsoft Test Manager and TFS • Test management: Planning, quality tracking and reporting • Project planning through TFS, Visual studio 2010
