Currently I am responsible for consolidation of 20 divisions: ·Budget, forecast, month end, year end packages, Quarterly reports, Weekly flash report, working capital report(DE,AT,ES,SK,TR,MK,MA,ZA,IT,PL) ·Auditing group tooling compliance, pre-invoicing ·year end audit packages of divisions ·Hyperion and Kepion software support ·FX hedging activities of the divisions with Treasury ·Group Tooling AR report, Tooling overdues

·Consolidation of 10 divisions financial reports Budget, forecast, month end, year end packages, Quarterly reports, Weekly flash report, working capital report(DE, AT, ES, SK, TR, MK, MA, ZA) ·Auditing group tooling compliance and pre-invoicing ·Controlling and improving year end audit packages of divisions ·Support for Hyperion and Kepion software ·Coordination of FX hedging activities of the divisions with Treasury ·Preparation of group Tooling AR report, tracking of the Tooling overdues

·Calculation of customer quotations and preparation for the commercial project calls(NRV, IRR, Payback) ·Conceptualization and execution of commercial projects for the quotation phase(DE, TR) ·Business Partnering (Engineering, Sales, Finance) (TR, RU, RO, FR) ·Change Management calculations(DE, TR) ·Preparation of Europe Project Controlling Reporting ·Preparation of the hourly rate calculations (Stundensätze) ·Preparation of the Tooling Compliance ·Implementation of SAP-PS module at Obertshausen plan

· Preparation of month-end/year-end (P&L, B&S), SOX MCC package, AR/AP aging · Budget, quarterly forecasts, weekly latest estimates · Variance analysis preparation · Interaction with external/internal auditors · Preparation of production cost and contribution margin analysis · Preparation of department's KPIs, cost reductions · Preparation of monthly binder (internal audit file), controller model file (year-end audit file) · Performing product costing calculations

· Preparation of month-end /year-end closing (P&L, B&S reporting) · Variance analysis preparation (budget-actual, forecast-actual) · Preparation and reporting of department's KPIs, cost reductions · Budget (5-year budgeting, annual procedure), quarterly forecasts, weekly latest estimates · Preparation&control of Capex requests/approvals in line with investment decisions · Perform strategic product cost calculations · Preparation of RFQ packages with the key account managers based on customer specific demand

· Preparation of month-end /year-end reports (P&L, Chances&Risks) · Variance analysis preparation (budget-actual, forecast-actual) · Coordinate and direct budget & forecast activities including scheduling and assigning tasks · Preparation of sales, inventory and personnel reports · Perform Project calculations (Projekt Rechnung) · Performing product costing calculations · Preparation and reporting of department's KPIs, cost reductions · Preparation of departmental cost tracking report (budget & actual)

· Preparation of month-end / year-end product level sales and COGS reports · Perform Budget (annual procedure), quarterly forecasts for sales & COGS reports · Variance analysis preparation (budget-actual, forecast-actual) for sales & COGS reports · Perform Volume, Price change and Exchange rate analysis · Preparation of departmental cost tracking report (budget & actual) · Preparation of ad-hoc analysis, report& presentations for the management
