Interior scope development of Project Grenadier 4x4 Design, release and launch of all new Interior (Subsystems & Module) content Lead the business development and project delivery activities Plan the process, costs and implementation timing for CAD drawings Ensure Interior documentation in accordance with regulations and directives. - Overhead systems development of new Ford Puma 2020 (ANÜ via RLE International) - Support launch of plastic parts as Headliner, Overhead console and Sunvisors - Find the root cause of the design issues observed during build and verification tests - Receive the time & cost effect of improved design from Tier1 suppliers and get approved by the program - Make sure of solid assembly to the body, supporting Ford Craiova plant manufacturing

- Overhead systems development of Ford Focus 2018 4th generation (ANÜ via RLE International) - Responsible for Headliner, Overhead console and interior lighting during protype trials - Bring solutions to the test failures caused by the design and plan the rework & trials - Decide on permanent tool change and interim solving applications - Clarify part deliveries to Ford Saarlouis plant for approaching gateways with desired design level - Follow up PPAP process of suppliers and ensure the achievement

- Instrument Panel (IP) development in Ford Focus MY 2018 from Final Data Judgement (FDJ) to VP - Work close with North America team for a smooth and efficient handover of design responsibility - Lead meetings with suppliers for the final feasibility in order to kick off the tools - Finalize material, size, weight and cost studies before the release - Follow up the tool lead time and part delivery to be ready for the next gateway - Complete the initial releases in WERS

- Exterior design&release in Ford Focus 2018 - Responsible of Windshield moulding and Wheel archliners from PSC - Prepare engineering concepts with material & size instruction - Follow cost, tooling, weight targets in AVBOM - Ensure NVH, craftsmanship, water management, corrosion, aerodynamic requirements - Check surface releases from studio - Control ED&T and work ASAP tasks - Confirm part assembly with VO and close the DPA issues - Manage requirements and DVMs in E-fdvs

- Front and Rear Seat Development in Ford C-max MY 2015 - Key responsible of all design activities from TT to OK to buy - Support White board meetings to bring a solution for detected problems - Determine the steps and urgent actions to be taken - Follow up the AIMs and concerns in WERS - Coordinate with supplier possible design improvements and the cost effects - Ensure the correct part delivery and confirm the correction at assembly line - Verify the boundary book with quality team.

- Hard and soft trim design and release in new Ford Tourneo Courier MY 2014 - Communicate and interact with engineers through Ford Motor Company and Ford of Europe - Study on the material preference, cost & weight reduction, complexity optimization - Solve design, assembly and manufacturing issues aligned with feasibility requirements - Define buck and vehicles, quantities, timing and location of the physical tests. - Follow up the suppliers’ manufacture process for serial production

- Draw similar models of Turna UAV and Airbus A400M engine elements - Follow up the Manufacture process of F-100 fight aircraft and GEnx engine elements - Build a document of an unapproved product for the customer

- Examine company correspondences to be reported to European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). - Create a database of overhaul documents and Repair Approval Sheet (RAS) of Airbus aircrafts
