Preparing & conducting recruitment processes (technical & specialist positions), actively expanding candidate acquisition sources (incl. direct search), coordinating HR projects (incl. employee training & development), managing trainings for employees & management staff, HR advisory, onboarding, employer branding.

Supporting recruitment and selection process, employment promotion activities, participating actively in ongoing HR projects.
