Besides working as Country Manager Portugal, I stept into a new challange to set up, structure and organize a Sales Rep network in Italy. At the moment I am guiding 2 persons in Portugal and 8 persons in Italy.

Brand portfolio CHOPARD, POLICE, CAROLINA HERRERA launching of FURLA, FILA, DUNHILL, NINA RICCI, and TRUSSARDI through independent, national and regional optical accounts, travel retail, e-commerce, and department stores to meet organisational development. Initiated plans to administer internationalisation and improvement of organisation’s market position, which resulted in successfully managing all CECOP subsidiaries as well as achieving business deals for total value of €105M. Built key customer relationships, reviewed business opportunities in accordance with market conditions, and supervised P&L management to enhance yearly growth. Successfully defined business plan, established subsidiaries.

Setting up a Sales Team of 8 persons covering Italy. Closing business agreements with mayor International Optical Industry market players.

Running the Business in Portugal. Closing agreements with mayor International Market players.
