Handling Fixed Assets Capital process for APAC region. Responsible for monthly close, participation in forecasting process and variance analysis against targets and forecasts. Investigating and understanding key business issues behind the numbers and providing clear, concise and timely analysis. Reporting of Financial Planning, outlook & Analysis. Control and authorize the use of capital for fixed assets. Track the available budget by maintaining databases. Ad-hoc reporting and investigations

Handled accounts payable function for Europe and UK Region wherein after the takeover by MAERSK, were involved in rundown of PONL activities. The position involved liaison with Front Office, preparation of reports, ensuring smooth run down of PONL activities. After rundown moved to Banking Pay-cycle process for Europe region which involves running regular pay-cycles on daily basis and reporting to the front office. Carried out various Process Improvements, which resulted in reduction of workload.
