- Act as a liaison between the client company and the job candidates throughout the entire recruitment process - Screening potential candidates for the client company's job requirements and qualifications - Fill both permanent positions and temporary (project-based jobs) - Build pipeline of potential candidates - Entering and updating candidate information into CRM - Advertise vacancies on different job portals, customizing them according to the targeted audience personas
