- Improving the HR performance in relation to CSR-related aspects by identifying gaps and the corresponding growth opportunities and develop strategic projects based on the desired objectives - Data collection and analysis, gap analyses, identification of needs, project setting and planning, internal communication strategies and projects final delivery are all processes involved
