I recruited and managed a team of 12 professionals, leading the development of Dieture's omni-channel solution, mobile application, and web/cloud backend systems. using tools like Jira and ClickUp, overseeing the project lifecycle from requirements to technology choices. managing rapid growth from 80 to 600 clients in 5 months. Dieture, a $5.6 million revenue project, sold in Series B for $58 million and was recognized as one of the top 50 rising startups in the Middle East by Deloitte in 2023.

Wrote the project specifications. Created the project backlog. Set up the project management environment in Jira. Participated in developer recruitment. Managed teams and task distribution. Designed the website. Designed the user experience for the UCOD interface in collaboration with the designer and led the design part.

Worked as a freelance It Project manager consultant on two distinct projects: -ImpactLab by Pur Project: An ecological project generating dashboards on Power BI for tree planting in green projects. -Fuzee by Digital Africa: A platform dedicated to supporting startups and incubators in Africa.

Managing projects in retail , fintech, foodtech, and ERP projects. Acted as an account manager for government projects, ensuring client needs . Drafting proposals, with a perfect success rate of two accepted proposals for projects over $2 million each. Successfully presented and demonstrated project documentation, ensuring clearunderstanding and effective communication with stakeholders. Created BPMN diagrams. Regularly participated in the creation and design of UX/UI interfaces .

Initially planned as a three-month freelance mission, extended to two years. The goal was to create a website under WordPress for Sterling Store. Participated in various tasks related to creating the first online sales platform in Chad and the first construction material store in the country. Sterling Store aims to become the largest hardware website in the country. Responsible for the physical store we created and named Deco-mep. The project was interrupted due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Worked with a family member as a newly graduated engineer, gaining valuable experience. This experience started as an end-of-study internship. Participated in setting up the structure and prospecting potential clients door-to-door. Benefited greatly in terms of prospecting and negotiating with clients and major accounts. Managed construction projects daily. Learned to manage teams well and derived lessons from many errors, particularly in billing and quote confirmation.
