Founded and leads an independent, non-partisan organization of professionals in business, finance, technology, foreign, and government affairs; WNG members are affiliated with Washington area corporate offices, law, consulting and public relations firms, trade associations, think tanks, multilateral institutions, government agencies, the Congress, foreign embassies, and the media. Directs membership development, programming, communications and administration of the organization.

We work with growing companies, serving as their talent acquisition team and performing executing searches. Our clients include nonprofits/trade associations, technology firms/startups, and government contractors. I lead the executive search team.
