Establish and maintain a strong network with main stake holders in this process (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, internal clients). Consolidate and communicate on the comparator forecast. Evaluate the budget in collaboration with other functions.

Ensure manufacture of bulk products for clinical supplies in requested amount and quality and in accordance with agreed timelines. Contribute actively to smooth transfer of formulations and processes from local Process development as well as Research & Early development of a different site to GMP Pilot Plant. Contribute to decisions on development strategies (NCEs and LCM). Serve as internal interface for collaborations involving multiple labs.

Ensure external manufacture of bulk products for clinical studies in accordance with agreed timelines, amount and quality. Check and monitor outsourcing opportunities and contribute to the strategic analysis of outsourcing within R&D to set up a network of preferred partners with distinct profiles.

Supervision and coordination of the manufacture of radiolabelled bulk products for clinical supplies. clinical studies can start as scheduled.
