Led a team of developers, QAs, and designers for developing a new product offering on top of the loyalty e-commerce marketplace white-label product, tailored for European banks. This opened up the SAM of about $500Mn+. • Influenced the product strategy and leadership to invest on improving the existing product features alongside client CRs and customer onboarding features. This led to feature discoveries for improving end user journeys and order processing in the backend.

• Led the 0-1 to initiative for customer experimentation and analytics products. Implemented the product strategy guided by market and user research, competitor and value chain analysis. v1 product generated $1Mn+ in revenue in the 1st 14 months. • Overcame one of the major challenges of gap in value chain for the experiments product by developing the customer analytics feature. This helped drive demand for the experiments product by uncovering the pain point, which users didn’t know they had.

• Managed the product roadmap and closely worked with engineering teams to scale a suite of campaign analytics data products and marketing data warehouse, a $180k+ venture from 1 to 10. • Conducted regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product priorities and deliverables. Implemented agile methodologies to streamline the product development process. • Automated product setup workflows and streamlined configurations, reducing time to market by more than 50%.

• Managed Accenture’s resource onboarding and management web platform development, starting from requirements gathering, PRDs, backlog grooming, estimations, sprint planning etc. to go-live. • Led technical teams (developers, QAs, dev-ops), scrums, UAT meetings, stakeholder meetings. • Proposed designs and created wireframes for product interface, prepared use case scenarios, authored and maintained product and process documentations.
