In the digital era you need an archi­tect that understands digital. I am working on digital solutions for web and mo­bi­le. I fluently change my perspective from the bu­si­ness strategy to the low-level technical details. My na­me is Bjarke Walling, I live in Berlin.

LUMUS is my own company primarily providing consulting services. I used to have two employees. I closed down most of my business after I failed to meet my expectations for the market, providing open source and Linux related solutions. Developed small systems and websites and provided IT service to various customers in Denmark. The major focus has been open source and lowering the entry barriers to IT. Provided Linux service agreements to enhance market growth for commercial Linux.

I am doing work in both front- (browser) and back-end (node.js and mongodb), mainly in JavaScript.

Established an R&D department of Dansk Mink Papir A/S in Århus. Built the server and network infrastructure. Founded the web team. Developed a management tool for R&D, project planning, and human resource management. Developed online management tools for Dansk Mink Papir A/S' clients to collect information and control industrial processes. Performed web programming, client/server system development and database design. Trained new employees.

Developed a portfolio of administrative web tools for a specific product category of thomas-as' clients. This included web programming, database design and system administration. Developed a multiplatform online and interactive 3D model viewer for online sales of customized products. Programmed for the web and in Java. Performed research in the market of 3D model formats. Worked as System administrator.

Worked in High School IT department: - Updated content on the main website. - Developed and maintained new websites. - Board member of the web group. - Provided consultancy about web development and design.
