Lead client and McKinsey teams to drive cultural change / lean implementation in various industries - Experience in various countries / cultures within Europe and Middle East - Expert in lean design, lean implementation and cultural change (sustaining lean organization) - Experience in de-bottlenecking and sustainable cost cutting

Managing client teams to debottleneck / cut cost production organizations. Experience in production, maintenance, quality, procurement, supply chain, transactional processes

Continuous improve production and business processes Lead and coach Green / Black Belts Reallocate production to Low Cost Country (including lean green field approach)

Develop corona reactor - industrial size electrical equipment to destroy tar molecules to prevent breakdown in biomass driven turbines
