Leveraged current technical norms, respecting technological procedures and inspection of quality work to provide lump sum of works and invoice for performed works.

Led all facets of logistics operations for two departments (Bucharest and Constanta), including transportation, warehousing, and customs functions. Led and developed a dedicated team of 15 cross functional professionals, established goals, and motivated team members to achieve both individual and team objectives. Instituted robust plans to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Identified and resolved technical issues utilising excellent analytical skills.
