Special machines construction

In this time frame, I was involved in Ford CX740 project. Main responsibilities included: • layout development • partially 3D checking and repairing • design to manufacturing planning and tracing • tracking and reporting on weekly basis the progress for certain tasks • on site checking of the received tools • improvements/fixing of defects together with the mechanics team • presenting tools to the customer • Expert use of MS Excel for different tasks (robot lists, templates creation, tracking lists, etc.)

• 3D design for BIW welding lines for the major automotive producers, in this time frame an Opel project (Underbody - new model added that required new cells and integration in existing line) • team coordination for the project • keep contact with client/colleagues abroad • planning (layout, cycle time, process description, etc.) • BOM creation for the designs • Expert use of MS Excel for different tasks (BOM, robot lists, templates creation, etc.) • function plan creation for our designs
