- Situation assessment- writing a report, for capacity building purposes, on the organizations structure and its infrastructure in the Kyebando district in Kampala, Uganda. - Project plan development- assisting the Director in the development of a project plan for the construction and relocation of the orphanage center and the vocational school to a self-sustainable community center. - Technical cooperation assistance- Assistance in finding international partner organization for technical assistance

The international studies segment deals with the major political, economic and legal issues. The focus of the technical and scientific segment is on the quality management of air and water, the management of resources and energy, climate change, as well as earth observation.
