Delivered first and second-line IT support for students and staff across Windows and Linux environments, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assembled, configured, and repaired desktop PCs, and maintained peripheral devices including printers. Ensured stable day-to-day operation of campus IT infrastructure while managing multiple concurrent support requests.

Handled customer communication in English and basic German to coordinate logistics operations. Negotiated deals, managed shipment scheduling, and ensured client satisfaction across European markets.
