Leading the well-being program. Advising on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation. Contributing and leading various HR projects within the human resources functions. Supporting DEI initiatives at Taulia. Supporting an ATS migration & training process. Consulting in employee relations matters.

Owning & executing end-to-end recruitment process for Sofia office and other Taulia locations in Europe - job posting, pre-screening, coordinating the hiring process, providing feedback. Working to evaluate processes and make efficient changes when appropriate. Supporting various people operations projects within the human resources functions, supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at Taulia.

Eight-semester Bachelor's Degree, including (but not limited to) disciplines that give clarity and knowledge about people's cognitions, emotions, personality and other characteristics of children, youth and adults. Some of the courses include Social, educational and clinical psychology, as well as Labour and Economic psychology. We had a couple of excellent courses, aimed at giving knowledge about different measurement and statistical methods in psychology and sociology.
