• Responsible for the Recruitment and Selection process, having 2 people under my charge. • I was part of the team in charge of the innovation and standarization of the R&S processes, turning it into a an efficient and continuous process. • Developed job profiles for different positions. • In charge of contracts, hiring and dismissals of personnel. • I developed and implemented work environment surveys, action plans and follow-ups.

• Psychological therapy/intervention for crime victims. • Onboarding and training course for new personnel.
