- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods - Manage recruitments in the clinical monitoring and clinical operations area across Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Korea - Create and implement marketing materials and post jobs to appropriate social media, careers sites, job board/newspapers/universities - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports/metrics to assigned hiring team and to centralized TA tracker

- Proactively seek clinical research professionals from all available sources (Internet, advertising, databases, networking events and internet postings) - Take vacancy briefs from our Pharma client hiring managers and internal manager and manage communication through the recruitment process

- Managing a full life cycle recruiting processes across Central Europe mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - Building and selecting a candidates pool for all internal roles and junior external recruitment - Directly supporting and maintaining internal partnerships with hiring managers - Managing end-to-end recruitment process for external candidates up to final offer acceptance - Leading kick-off recruitment meetings with hiring managers
