As a People and Culture Business Partner I work side by side with line organization ensuring people and business objectives are aligned for the success of both and integrating human capital with business strategy. My responsibility is to work with 13 markets and cultures around the Europe and Asia. I’m part of our Leadership team.

Key responsibilities are HR processes, recruitment and employer branding. One of the responsibilities is not only developing sales organization but also whole Finnish organization. I have been responsible for whole recruitment process to ensure our growth, created HR and finance processes, employer branding and recruitment strategy. I was also first one to be recruited in Finnish organization before it was founded and in a key role building the new organization.
