Many aspects of Desktop Support Analyst work and deployment, including support for over 40 different applications in multiple departments; the sheer complexity of a network with 1,800 computers on it brought many elements of efficient strategy to my skill-set. It was a challenging contract for me at the time that proved my organizational methods in a large network environment and upon my departure, was considered a success.
