• Fully investigate all short falls in stock accuracy to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies • are highlighted, addressed and resolved • Manage and maintain the stocked product inventory • Software SAP/Microsoft Office

• Administrative support for the purchasing area (4 different institutes) • Organizing an external contest for the European funding PON • Processing all paperwork relevant to the purchasing and receipt of goods • Liaising with internal and external departments • Forecasting price trends and their impact on the business

Technical Specialist IT services • Main responsible for the DATA CENTER • Configuration and update of RFID Barcode Scanner devices used in a logistics environment • System administrator on UNIX and LINUX platform • Basic knowledge of Oracle • Installation and configuration of MS client and server operating systems • Using the Exchange program (Office 365)
