- Managing the daily Spa operation. - Helping with the Brand Standard & Company procedures implementation. - Taking care of Guest Service and Experience aspects of all Spa Facilities. - Working with a team of 26 employees and taking responsibility for staff training and coaching, mentoring, setting goals and targets, and insuring to achieve targets & goals set out by Company. - Handling guest complaints as per companies’ policies.

- Creating of tailored Fitness and Wellness plans for individuals and groups of passengers cruising onboard the Costa Cruise line. - Assigning exercises and routines based on clients' physical needs and monitoring their progress - Create daily and weekly Fitness classes schedule for Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Fitness boot camp and etc.
