Service integration and validation is a service where we perform the end to end testing and validation of services, applications and updates proposed to be released to the consumers. This includes user experience (usability, accessibility and interaction), functionality and performance. End to end service optimization is a service provided to national entities part of Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) and includes analysis, reporting and optimization of the performance of the national mobile provider network.

Global Engineering Solutions is the technical design authority for managed customer networks. GES owns the customer’s network architecture and is responsible for the implementation of all design-impacting changes, architecture reviews, capacity management, problem management, etc. for the customer. The technical scope of GES includes LAN and WAN engineering, IP Services (DNS, DHCP) engineering, IP Telephony, Wi -Fi and various other network-based technologies.

Working with the Sales and Project Management teams on transferring new clients into the Brno center for support. During transfers making sure that the teams in Brno receiving the new clients have everything they need to start working (e.g. skill transfer, proper documentation, full contact information…). The work is challenging and involves balancing demands of the receiving teams and always short deadlines imposed by contracts.

Supporting a wide array of clients in their every day work with network problems. Maintaining complex networks including different Cisco routers and L2/L3 switches, Cisco core switches (4500, 6500 series), Checkpoint firewalls. Closely worked with the WAN service team on troubleshooting circuit issues and with the hardware sub-contractor on replacing defective hardware. The work that I have done in while in AT&T has helped me immensely to grasp the intricacies of working for such a large company.

Maintained a large number of users and firms with over a thousand workstations and servers including ISA 2004/2006, WSUS, Sophos etc and the active network equipment from Cisco. Planing and designing further expansion of IT services to support growth Connecting different branch offices over public netowrks During my time at MB Invest I have managed to upgrade my knowledge thanks to work in one such a large and complicated sorounding.

Working on different Active Directory implementations Securing network stability and connectivity using Cisco hardware Connecting branch offices over public networks Migrating users to new Server and Client operating systems Working with tech support on improving response times While at Smart I have had a chance to start developing deeper understanding of network design within Microsoft networks and including network connectivity using Cisco devices.

I was serving my state civil service in Novosadska toplana for a duration of 9 months. In that time dealt mostly with administration.

Working directly with our commercial director I was in charge of communications with all our foreign partners. Involvement in product analysis and choice has gotten me pretty skilled with choosing among a large quantity of similar products. Working with wholesale stores and organizing transport to cut cost. During my time at Stoteks I managed to improve my language skills and acquire a lot of business and negotiation skills.
