- Project coordination of changeover process based on Microsoft software solutions for a UK based customer with over 10,000 staff members. - Planning and working on all tasks of operations to elaborate and realize technical concepts, implementation and administration of customer applications. - The 2nd and 3rd level support of customer system solutions.

- Management, troubleshooting and system administration of Windows Operating System Platforms. - Active Directory design and implementation of GPOs and CMD-scripting. - Supervision and participation in growth, segmentation and cabling of local network infrastructure, architecture diagram formulation and network documentation. - Implementation of antivirus security, backup strategy, IPSec-based VPN remote access and systems monitoring to meet the ISO 27001 information security certification standards.

-Support, troubleshooting and installation of local LAN and WLAN network based around Windows XP desktop systems. Maintenance of systems security and online protection.Implementation and administration of HP LaserJet network printers.
