• Maintained a 800-bed living/learning environment with a diverse student population • Supervised, evaluated, trained, and hired 32 Resident Assistants, two Assistant Hall Directors, and 20 Desk Assistants • Participated in the administration, policy development, and decision making process for the unit of Residence Life

• Taught Social Studies, English, and Social Pragmatics to grades 6-9 utilizing the Orton-Gillingham approach of teaching with a focus on multi-sensory and individualized lessons for all students • Led the team of professional and paraprofessional staff that provided structured care and programming for the residence hall of 20-40 residents as a live-in staff member • Created lesson plans and curriculum incorporating daily self-assessments, technology, and multiple intelligences
