Brian Novak

We are an international manufacturing and management consulting company. Our division is responsible for all of North and South America. We design, coach, train, and implement production systems, logistics and supply chain systems, lean manufacturing systems, and relevant continuous improvement projects. My role as chief consultant includes interface with the customer leading workshops and evaluations at the clients facilities. It also includes marketing our firm, developing new contacts and accounts.
